Terms of agreement
By placing an order at Snus Shoppen you enter a purchase contract and agree to the terms & conditions. You must be at least 18 years of age to order tobacco products from Snus Shoppen. By accepting these terms & conditions you are indicating you are of legal age to purchase tobacco. To misrepresent your age is a felony charge. Those found falsifying their age will be prosecuted by the law. The contract of sale is subject to normal conditions of Danish law. The contract is only binding for both parties, when Snus Shoppen has registered payment.

Delivery
The products will be send as soon as possible, and you will receive them 2 - 10 days after the purchase, depending on the shipment method. The snus will be send to the address given by you.

Payment
   -Creditcards (comming) 
Payment can be done with Your Visa, visa electron and jcb. If paying with your Credit card, the amount is drawn form your account when your order has been sent.
All communication between you and Snus Shoppen is done through a cryptographic key, and it is therefore not possible for a third party to see your account number. All information is send directly to our payment gateway, and Snus Shoppen does not keep your information.

   -Banktransfer
When paying with bank transfer and the full payment does not arrive, we will be forced to reduce the order with the equivalent value.

IMPORTANT: Please write your order number on the payment. Please use SHA (shared costs), as transfer method which means that the bank costs are waived.

Delivery and administration fees
Delivery and administration fees are 16€ orders from 100 cans and more are free of delivery costs.
All prices will be included VAT and taxes within the EU.
Deliveries to countries outside the EU are free from these taxes. Should there be any charge, taxes or duty in the country where the snus is being delivered, the receiver is responsible for these and will therefore be responsible for such a payment.

Import regulations
You as a buyer are responsible for researching the rules and regulations that apply to your specific country. We do not take responsibility in releasing or shipping replacement deliveries if the consignment gets stuck in customs.

Complaints
Any complaint concerning the purchase of your snus, you have to contact Snus Shoppen.

Restriction
Mistakes in the listed prices or sold out products, are restricted by snusshoppen.com
